Pantry and Fridge.
These words are part of our everyday lives. They are the areas in the kitchen that get the most exercise. Opening and closing, kicking and hip checking, chilling, freezing, storing, defrosting, marinating, and much more!
Over the past nine years, we have dated, cooked together, moved to rural Pennsylvania, planned a wedding, and have become fully immersed in the hobby of cooking...no easy task for the girl whose go to was boxed pasta with sun dried tomatoes and artichokes and the guy who, while living in Manhattan, was a phone call away from any culinary craving known to man.
But we have both fallen deeply and unapologetically in love with all things food. We hope you enjoy the dishes we make. Jesse is the mastermind...Ali is still in the learning stages, but has emerged as a strong Sous Chef and is coming more into her own in the kitchen every day. Jesse uses his imagination, knowledge, and studying of all things foodie to build our dishes and create delicious dinners. In the event that we are utilizing someone else's recipe, we will be sure to credit them, but for the most part, this is all Jesse!
